Description AE86 / AE71 / KE70 – Engine Crossmember Spacers This product is for x2 aluminium spacers, they are designed to fit between the engine crossmember and the bottom of the sub-frame on each side. When fitted they lower the complete engine assembly and tilts the gearbox further down to suit. This is to gain additional clearance from the engine / gearbox to the car body. These are suggested for use with when undertaking a J160 gearbox conversion and in conjunction with our other J160 conversion parts. Specifications / Supplied – Parts: x2 of 10mm thick Aluminium spacers. – Uses OEM Fasteners: Due to only being 10mm thick there is sufficient thread length on the factory fitted crossmember bolts and can be reused. Therefore no fasteners are supplied. Longer bolts would need to be fitted if these spacers where doubled up to get even more clearance.
