Description J160 gearbox- Front oil seal This seal is fitted into the inner side of the front bearing retainer housing (The Aluminium part with the integrated thrust carrier guide tube) and seals off the oil between the input shaft and the gearbox internals. If you have an oil leak inside the bellhousing area from the gearbox then this is the seal to change.
